Please note that the manufacturer makes all flags as close as possible to the official ratio (height to length) of the flag.  Therefore, the height and length of the flag can deviate from the 4 inch by 6 inch measurements.  For example, if the official ratio is 3:5, then the flag will measure approximately
3 5/16 inch by
5 3/4 inch, a little smaller than a true 4 inch by 6 inch.
