New Cotton -Extra Full- Extra Round – 4 Hoop Under Skirt
This is the only hoop like this on ebay. An impressive sweep, but makes it special is the gorgeous rounded shape. Finally, the fullness you’ve been looking for without all the extra length of a 5 or 6 hoop. Perfect for early to mid -Victorian fashions, and maximum Southern Belle Gone with the Wind Scarlet O’Hara. It has 4 bones, hoops or rings. The hoops are sturdy and flexible plastic coated steel rods. They are also adjustable -they can be pushed in if you need to, to fit your gown. Measurements below are taken at the widest circle. Light weight, breathable, washable cotton. Drawstring waist. Please check the measurements below.

They are very light and comfortable. You can easily sit down (it won’t fly up), you can fit through doorways and even ride in a car, since the hoops are sturdy yet flexible plastic.
